OK its true im a bit fat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i have to start dieting!.i feel bored while i exercise!.and if i cut down meals mum wil say "cant u exercise!?why r u not having ur meals "!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.so dieting is better!.imean i dont want to cut down meals!.but lessen it or eat healthy and less fatenning food!.also if u hav sum effective and 'not boring' exersice tell me!.plz gimme sum DIET CHART or stuff!. or TIPS!.plzzzzz help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

You would also eat about three or four servings of fruit per day!. No more than three eggs per week!. Skinless, boneless chicken breast, either grilled or boiled would also be good!.

ok!.if you want to be slimmer!. you can have like 5 meals a day!. but really small portions like a sandwich or a salad!. and you dont have to go through the gym and all that!. hang out with your girlfriends!. go out and party and play!

Going on a diet will get you skinny but your skin will just be too flabby because you haven't exercise!. I also think exercising is boring, especially on a treadmill!. That's why I listen to music from my Ipod!. It gets me motivated!. Just try it!.

OK, this is my normal diet!. Each item is a single serving unless noted!. I came up with this with the help of a personal trainer!.

Breakfast - cereal and low fat milk
Snack - Protein bar
Lunch - fruit
Snack - Energy bar, fruit
Dinner - Lean meat (chicken, fish), 2 starches (bread, rice, corn, potato), 2 vegetables steamed or fresh!.
Snack - fruit, unbuttered microwave popcorn, or energy bar
Drinks - water or unsweetened iced tea (with some zero calorie sweetener)

All told, it averages about 2000 calories a day and I'm never hungry!.

As for non-boring exercise try getting involved in an activity!. I like karate so that is my primary activity but I also jog and referee sports for kids leagues!. I usually burn 2500 calories a day!.

Now that I'm nearing the weight I really want to be, I can cheat a little on the diet!. I'll have a half cup of ice cream or frozen yogurt, a smoothie, or even (gasp) a donut from time to time, just not every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
