I am 5ft, 2-3" and wish to lose 3-4 stone which would make me 8-9 stone!.
I am eating healthily and only when i am hungry!.
My question is - how many stomach crunches would i need to do per day to get a flatish stomach and how long might it take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do the bicycle ab workout 20 reps for 2 sets
then crunches with knees at a 90 degree angle(knees pointing towards you set of 10), legs flat out on ground(10), and regular position(feet on ground knees pointed up set of 10)!.

Only stomahc crunches will only make your stomach flatter then not and it could take up to 6 months for Great results,if you want definition you need to do different types of crunches and a great deal of them!. also you need to eat small meals throughout the day to speed up your metabolism(low calorie) whether you are hungry or not,weight can come off quick that way,Good luck,BaronWww@Answer-Health@Com
first of crunches only tones your stomach if ur lookng to loose weight u need to do atleast 30 mins of cardio everyday ie!. running walking swimming cycling!. and only exercise every 3 days doing 30 mins of toneing exercises such as crunches and sit ups!. but cardio is essential for loosing weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you wanna lose weight, I would recommend you to start eating healthy and doing some sports, cardio would be the best!
