That is a healthy size for someone of your height at that age!. I would suggest exercising in front of the TV because all of your attention on the TV that way you can still be a normal kid and exercise!. Or you could go for a jog with your friends or your dog!. but you really don't have to worry about your weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sweetheart you are no where near fat!. You still have plenty of time to grow!. Please don't get into the I think I'm fat state of mind!. Exercise doesn't hurt but be sure that you continue to eat healthy a diet at your age is very dangerous!. There are vitamins and mineral that are essential at your age!. You can cause damage!. wow, you are not fat AT ALL!. i'm 120 lbs at 5'4" and i do exercise a lot, most of my weight is muscle!.!.!.but if you feel like you want to get in better shape you have to be prepared that muscle weighs more than fat!.!.!.!. so overall, you are really skinny!. i'd pick up a bike and ride, swim, jog or walk!.!.!.!.it's fairly simple to tone up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
first, you are NOT fat!. if you feel the need to exercise, you could do just about anything that gets you up and moving!. go for a walk, ride a bike, go swimming, put on some music and dance!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
