Ok I'm 12 yrs old and I have a relatively nice stomach, but no abs!.

well, the first guy does have a point, you can't start to built muscles untill you have hormones!.
but you can start and probably see results!.
first, situps!. regular situps, side situps!.
leglifts (for the lower abs or belly): the bicycle, the captains chair, the running man!.
do 20 situps 3 times a day (morning, middle of the day, before you sleep)
do 20 leg lift 3 times a day (same as leglift) your choice of what style
don't eat after 9, drink 5-8 bottles of water!.
run to burn fat (you can't see ab muscles if there's fat on top of it)
have a healthy diet!. for tips go to menshealth!.com

and most of all have fun! its summer, go outside and play basketball, baseball, run play and all that stuff!.
