Question: Where are my abs!?
Every night, I do 100 sit ups!.
I've been doing them for around 1 month now or a little less!.
I don't see any change!.

Well if your a bit overweight and have some stomach fat then first you'll have to burn that fat and then you'll see results with your abs!. Remember you have to do 3 sit ups to burn 1 calorie!. That mean you have to do 10,200 sit ups to burn 1 pound of fat!. If you want Ab's and are overweight try to get into a 10-20 min exercise routine!. This will help burn that weight and you will get better Ab's faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ab definition is all about body fat!. You can do a million sit ups but if your body fat is higher than 13% you'd never know!. Start running 4 miles a day and by the end of 8 weeks you'll start to see themWww@Answer-Health@Com
why don't u just build up from 100!. why stop there!?!?!? of course there is no change, ur not maxing out 4 ur body 2 handle it and get stronger!. plus, regular sit ups dont do anything!. try bicycle crunches, obliques etc!. GOOD LUCK!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
