I have sinuses problems??!
Question: I have sinuses problems!?!?
one side i can breath good and the other is kinda clog up!. how do i unclog it!? also, my ears are geting clog up as well

I get 'em too!. You want to mix a little salt with a fair bit of warm water!. Use a syringe, large one with no needle, draw the solution into the syringe, tilt back your head and fire the solution into your nasal sinus!. This will flush out any build up in there, and use some sort of nasal spray with it!. go and see your pharmacist about these two things!.
