Question: What's the best way to burn fat around the hip/thigh/butt region!?
I know you've probably heard that question so many times but what is the best way to burn fat around this region!? I go to the gym almost everyday of the week but I still have a good amount of fat in that region!. I do lunges and other exercises like I read to do, but it feels like it only tightens the area!. help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes the gym is not good enough and the workouts is limited, try entering some outdoor running or cycling events or biathlons , it burns much more calories and works ur body much harder, more enjoyable too, and it breaks the monotony, u will definitely lose the fat around that region quicker than going 2 the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can tone specific regions of the body, but you can't pinpoint where you would like to burn fat!. When your body burns fat, it burns it all over the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
