Question: How was my day!? details!.!.!.!.!?
Food:
Breakfast: Low fat raisin bran muffin, banana
Lunch: Slice of whole wheat bread, cucumber, small container of yogurt
Dinner: Lean meat hamburger, Half whole wheat bun, lots of celery w/ no dip, ketchup if it matters
Dessert: Frozen berries w/ a bit of honey
Exercise:
Morning: Walked 30 min
Afternoon: Work out 2 hours, mostly cardio, but a bit of strength
I feel like I overate especially with the breads, but does the exercise make up for it!? How was the day health-wise in general!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's how you did based on the food pyramid:
Dairy (recommended 2-3 servings): 2 (milk & yogurt)
Proteins; meat, fish, nuts, beans, etc!. (recommended 2-3 servings): 1 (lean meat hamburger)
Vegetable (recommended 3-5 servings): 2!.5 (cucumber, celery, & ketchup, which is the !.5)
Fruit (recommended 2-4 servings): 2!.5 (banana, berries, & yogurt, which may have contained fruit as the !.5)
Grains (recommended 6-8 servings): 3 (muffin, wheat bread, wheat bun)
I'd say you did pretty well, only missing about half a serving of veggies and a couple grain servings!.
But I understand that you are to cut out grains to lose weight!.
Your exercising sounds good!.
