Question: Can someone help me with my weight loss plan!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
ok since june 6th, i have going to the park and walking/jogging 3 or more miles EVERY OTHER DAY!. tonight i did 5!.!. and when i started last month i was 240lbs, and i weighted myself just now and now im 221lbs ( yay happy meEEE!!! lol ) but what i really want to lose is the stomach the thighs and the booty!.!.!.!.!.ok,, my question is!.!.!.!.!.!.what exercises can i do at home to lose those 3!? ( stomach, booty, and thighs) like do i do crunches, leg squats, or something EVERY NIGHT if i really want to loose all of it !? and what can i do to loose it fast!? im on the right track on loosing weight !.!.!. but i really want to loose the booty, stomach, and the thighs!.!.!.!. thanks! best answer gets 10 points!!! have a wonderful night !.!.!.!.or day lol =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

and doing the plank is awesome for your arms and for your stomach area!.
Crunches, as annoying as they are, they work!.
Riding a bike!?
you should try jogging your full 3 or 5 miles!.
and try to keep it the same!. So every other day, you should jog for 5 miles and try to do it in less than 15 minutes!?
Or time yourself the first time, then beat it!.
Then start jogging for 7 miles!.
And don't be disapointed if sometimes your results arent as great as you wanted them, because it does take time!.
And i suggest measuring yourself than weighing yourself, because muscle weighs more than fat!. but takes up less room!
