Stand with feet shoulder width apart, about a foot away from a wall!. Place hands straight ahead of you, palms flat on the wall/door and bend your elbows until your nose touched the walls, and push slowly out!. Like a standing up press up!. It's really powerful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Push ups are the best, if you are focusing specifically on chest then keep your arms farther apart than normal push ups!. Try inclining and declining push ups as well (where ur feet are raised higher than your head)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
