Twisting with weights!. hold one weight in both of your hands!. Hold it about chest height!. and then twist from side to side!.
Sit-ups
Hold a weight in one hand and over your hand then move it up and down!.!.!.!.Underarm work out!.
You could do so many things with your arms and weight!.!.!.!.If you move slowly with the weight!.!.!.It tones moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

Pull ups!. A friend did some when he was in physical rehab!. Sitted, dumbbell curls, and maybe even some shoulder shurgs (with dumbbels)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Free weights are your best friend!. There are a whole bunch of exercises that can be done to work different body parts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
