Starting P90X but won't have a pull up bar for 5 days. Should I wait?!
Question: Starting P90X but won't have a pull up bar for 5 days!. Should I wait!?
I was all set and ready to start p90x tomorrow!. My "home gym" has everything i need!. Unfortunately I have been called out of town for 5 days starting tomorrow!.
at first i thought i'd just wait and start next weekend, but i'll have plenty of down time so maybe this would be the perfect time to start my first cycle! but while i can bring the bands--i obviously won't have real access to a pullup bar at the hotel!.
can you do w\out the pullups for days1-5 or do you guys think i should just wait!?
obviously i would prefer to receive answers from people who are actually familiar w\ this program
thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can start the program without the pull-up bar!. The workouts include a modification with a resistance band for those who don't have a pull-up bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No don't wait to start a workout, maybe do some jogging and pushups for those 5 days!.!.!. don't just get that quitting attitude, it may seem small but this can be extremely hurtful to your progress and success!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
