Question: How do i loose my fat!?
ok!. so im 13 years old and in less than two weeks im going to summer camp and want to loose more than 10lbs if possible!. last year i went to camp and people made fun of me because i was too fat to join them in their activities!. now i want to prove them that I'm like everybody else if i loose weight!. [ p!.s!. i weighed the same as last year ] it would mean alot if you help me out! thankzWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if 10 pounds in 2 weeks is possible but I commend you on trying!

I know this sounds crummy, but if you seriously want to prove them wrong, wouldn't it have made more sense to start losing weight earlier!?

Start working out as much as you can!. Every night, start off with like 25 crunches, push ups, & squats!. Work your way up every night, adding like 10 or 15 more!.

Watch what you're eating--avoid fast food and soda!. Drink lots of water!.

Stay healthy, too!. Don't even try unhealthy crap like skipping meals--it'll only mess up your metabolism and cause more weight gain!.

Oh, and it's very immature for 13 year olds to be making fun of someone because of their weight!. I know it's probably pointless to tell you not to worry about it--I'm sure it does hurt!. But that is seriously lame for them to do!. It's childish and shows that they're dumb!.

tell people how that makes you feel, and if they are your friends they woould understand, try this " Look I'm really trying to change the way I look because I care about my self, and people that make fun of others must have more problems then me, cause they there thing to feel better about themselfes and that is not ok with me, and please stop"!. that really worked for me!. and also to slim down, you must cut down on what you eat, really, take a 30 minute walk every day till the day of the camp!. no more coke, chips, candy, or nothing greasy, i'm not telling you to stop eating but i would like for you to consider what you eat, you can eat everything in small portions!. try that for 2 weeks you'll see the diffrence i know i lost 40 lb!. good look and have alot of fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm im 14, but my cousin is ur age and she's also a little overweight and ive helped her lose it before!.
first thing is first it would be easy if i could see a picutrE!? to determine what kind of body fat u have!? like places because losing weight really depends where u want to lose it!. for example i have to watch my figure all the time for track season so what i do is dance alot, like im persian so i just dnace to my music or liek fast beat songs!. another thing u can do is jog about 2-3 miles a day and really watch what u eat from now on, not just in next two weeks!. try not to sit, liek as much as possible, BUT ONE THING u shouldnt do is diet!. just gooo healthy! if u keep excersing, working out i think u can do it :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best you can do is eat really healthy drink lots of water exercise a whle lot of aerobic exercises and and you could loose about 5-6 pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink water with your meals, eat six meals a day, excirse regluraly and you'll lose some weight but its realy unhealthy to lose 10 pounds that fastWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try jogging about 20 minutes a day and try easting less like eat healthy snacks instead of bid mealsWww@Answer-Health@Com

WAKE UP!.

Go drink half a glass of water!. You should have a standard tall glass or bottle- it is what I refer to when I say 'glass'!. The reason you are going to drink only half a glass is because you will excersize a little every morning!. Depending on if you want to slack or wake up too late; drink more!.

Go do as many pushups as you can!. I will teach you the crunches work out thing!.

Go force drink yourself two full glasses, either simultaneously with breakfast, or around the same time, before or after; whatever!. Breakfast is either oatmeal, fruit, something carbless with peanuts/peanut butter, or organic cereal with fat free milk!. Always eat in a small bowl!.
Go along with your getting ready!. Right before leaving, one full glass!.

When you get to school, you will need to urinate!. Deal!.

Fill up the plastic water bottle you bring to school with you after using the bathroom!. Drink the whole thing over the course of your morning classes!.

For lunch, you should pack something with no carbs- fruit, yogurt, maybe small vegetables!. You can bring iced green tea in your bottle if you'd like, because it is so good for you!. No matter what, iced tea or water, drink the whole thing over lunch!. Keep in mind this must be a BIG bottle!.

When you return home, you ought to have a snack!. Eat after drinking 2-3 glasses!. Snack can be anything defined as "healthy"- hummus, fruit, vegetables, nuts, protein bars!.!.!.etc!.

Drink more if you can!.

Your family will begin to eat dinner!. Eat whatever it is, as long as it is not: pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, and no desert!. If pasta is for dinner, drink three glasses of water and just the broccoli on the side!.
