Well it definitely depends!. First off if your a man or woman and if you're very muscular!. But either way it does seem like you are a little overweight!. So I would advise you to eat healthy!. Fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, lean meats, fat free milk, low fat yogurt, etc!. Limit your soda, cookies, anything packaged to a minimum!. Make a notice of foods high in sodium and sugars!.!.!. try to eat things that are as close to their natural forms as possible!. Believe me healthy foods can be so delicious if you know how to pick them!. Berries are great! Apples are pretty filling as well!. Exercise is also a biggie!. The most important part though is if you are physically fit, not so much how much you weigh but that your heart is in good conditions!.!.!. if it is, then you shouldn't really worry too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are definitely overweight!. Stop having chips, candy, soda, junk food, and caloric drinks, except for skim milk or orange juice, but not too much orange juice as it's sugary!. Lower your portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
