Swimming, assuming you do freestyle, is really tough!! It will be incredible if you can manage a full hour per day, let alone for six weeks!. However, if you do pull it off, you're likely to lose wait!. Do note that it won't work if you compensate your efforts with eating extra!. Try and schedule the swimming before a regular meal, and don't eat anything extra!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
agree with previous comment really!. try to swim before having a meal this way your body will process the food a lot better and reducing the possibilities of it turning into fat!.
i would also suggest to stay away from low carb diets!.!. as these tend to reduce your energy levels!.!.!. which is what you need now the most!. plenty of energy to be able to swim a couple of hours a few days a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am trying this for last 3 months, the result is slow!. Of course what is gained over the years, cannot be shed away in weeks time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
