When you're lifting for mass, how do you know if you've had a good worko!
Question: When you're lifting for mass, how do you know if you've had a good workout or not!?
I don't lift with a partner so I have to be a little bit careful when I'm lifting as I don't always have a spotter around!.
But how do I know if I have had a good workout or a less than ideal workout!?
Is soreness the indicator or should I be looking for something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
