Any way to get stronger without weights?!


Question:

Any way to get stronger without weights?

Over summer I want to become stronger to make up for the time i have not spent in the weight room (so i can be strong enuff to play football) but i have no access to weights. is there a workout or sumthing that can increase my strength by as much as possible not using weights? thanks in advance.


Answers:

You can do weight training/resistance. Do push-ups, lift other heavy objects (it doesn't have to be weights!), go run because this will help a lot, and find other interesting ways to get stronger. It doesn't just have to be about weights!
