okey well my boyfriend went to colorado for about 2 months i want to give him this surprise me looking damn hot! lol
well i weight 166 lbs. and yup i dont like my body..im going to the beach in 2 weeks with my family and my friends and my friends are super skinny and everybody thinks their hot..and i always feel left out but this time i kinda want to look super sexy..
yupp well this is wat im doing..should i keep it on or stop it??..
breakfast- a glass of water, yougurt [light], special K with a cup of milk.
A 40 min. jog
lunch-3 glasses of water,veggies
A 40 min. walk/jog
dinner-orange and a yougurt [light]
and a 1 hour jog.
i have been doing this like for 2 days but i havent losted anything =[[
time is coming for the beach and i look bad =[

Answers:
You're work out sounds good but you need to add a light meat to your diet. Meat is protien and also helps you with your metabolism. And no you're not eating too much so don't listen to them. Personally I don't think you're eating enough. Breakfast sounds good, but for lunch have a salad with some grilled chicken and for dinner another salad.
And of course in 2 days you're not going to lose anything, but by the end of the week maybe 1-2 pounds.
One time when I was sick I only had popsicles for 1 week and I lost 2 pounds.
Good luck with this, and try to exercise as much as possible, just don't over do it. :)
