How can one be less "beefy"?!


Question: How can one be less "beefy"!?
I find that the older I get, despite how much I exercise or diet, I don't lose much weight (at least, it takes forever) but instead become "thick" or "beefy!." That's fine for casual clothes, but it makes business attire look funny, like I'm hiding something!. :-)

How does one actually lose weight when one has a "thick" body type!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm, I can't help but think, that if it is a BODY TYPE!.!.!.there is little you can alter in that!.!.!.If its the getting near "middle age" (forgive me for that)!.!.!.then by doing your workouts, and eating healthy!.!.!.Our matabolisms slow down towards 40, so your body will be sluggish in that department!.!.!.do your research on things that can speed up your matabolism!.!.!.that lever in your body has alot to do with the extra pounds that just linger!. Certain foods can either help or hinder that process!.!.!.as does calorie intake, if you are cutting way back on the calories, even the good ones, your body will slow down to "reserve" those, and prevent what it is signaled to think is a starvation mode!. Its a tricky thing!.!.!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
