Bench press... 3x6-8 is it enough???!
Question: Bench press!.!.!. 3x6-8 is it enough!?!?!?
doing 3 sets of the most weight u can do with 2-8 reps enough to get good reults to get stronger!?!? ( for bench press, chest only) Sinc my body i used to drop sets with lower weight it got used to the longer intesifying exercises i stopped getting gains!. so now im doing heavier weight with 6-8 reps of 3 sets will it work!?!? becaus it dosent feel lke much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like enough!. Be sure to go to failure in each set!. That should make it feel like something!Www@Answer-Health@Com
