i've been doing 100 sit ups for the past month and a half, i play soccer and volleyball, but i still hate my body! im 15, 5'5, and i wiegh 135lbs! i feel like i have to loose weight and if i dont, i feel even worse about myself! i've given up all fast food and red meat!. does anyone know any good sites to help me loose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
