I really want to lose weight this summer so when i go back to school I'll feel so much better about my self!. I want to know of some ways that can help me lose weight fast!. Please give me details!. One way to help is to achieve a fast metabolism!. You can do this by eating smaller meals more often through out your day!. When you eat three large meals it takes your body longer to digest the food!. By eating small meals more often, the food will digest quicker!. This way you will feel better and lose more weight!. And if you feel better you will be more motivated to exercise, which is still important, and so is having a balanced diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a few minutes out of your day to jump rope, do pushups, situps and maybe jog around the block early mornings!. Eat healthier!. Don't be lazy!. You will see results, maybe not right away but don't give up!. You have to be comitted in order to lose weight!. Slacking off is not an option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
