ok im 15, 5'8" and i weight 180 i workout 4 times a week weight lifting im not really fat but i need to see if i got any results please help and can someone look or make me a chart for whant to eat and what time!.!.!.!.!. thx for your helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

lunch: eat like a prince
dinner: eat like a begger
dont eat fat after 4 pm
increase your protein intake
drink lots of liquid (water and juices)
do cardio and running!.!.!.this will reduce your body fat and u will b able to see your muscle growth
and i guess you don't pick up light weights as they are not gonna increase your muscle
go for heavy weights
