Answers:
As long as the pregnancy isnt complicated - you should be able to do the same type & amount of excersise that you did pre-pregnancy!. You should not, however, start a new regimen or sport!.
To be completely safe - check with your OB!.
Good luck!!

You should continue to excercise while you are pregnant!. It is good for you and the baby!. You may not be able to excercise as hard as you once did but it will be good for you!. Your teammated may be taken back by the whole situtation but they will get use to it and get over it!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You don't need to lessen your workouts unless the doctor suggests it!. As long as your body is use to it, it is fine! Just don't increase your workout!. Also, the pool is great when you are pregnant, it helps with the weight pulling on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is another of my soapboxes - children becoming pregnant!. At 14 I'd not even begun my periods - what on Earth were you doing having unprotected sex!.!.!.!?!
Don't get me wrong, I disagree in principle with the age of consent law as it stands, but that's based on the parties being mature enough to use protection - you obviously weren't!.
What about your GCSEs (I assume you're in Year 8, yes!.!.!.!?)!? Without sounding like your mother, education *IS* important!. It is compulsory to remain in education up until 16 (though the govt want to increase this to 18)!.
What do your parents think about becoming grandparents at least a decade before they expected it!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com
