you shouldn't be trying to lose weight at your age unless your about 20lbs over!. 10 lbs is growing room (to get taller)

you shouldnt be losing weitht at your age your body is still maturing and if you diet now you will mess the whole of ya body up and wont grow properly just eat less portions and more healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
