When should i eat? is a banana enough?!


Question: When should i eat!? is a banana enough!?
i usually go to the gym in the late afternoon or night cuz i work 3 jobs and go to college!. since i dont have to be at 1 of my jobs until 9:30am i was thinkin about goin to the gym early (6:30ish) so i can get it out of the way and so i put more into it cuz by the end of the day im exhausted from bein so busy and i feel like im kinda poopin out on my workouts lately!. should i eat before or after i go to the gym if i go that early!? if i should eat before then what would u suggest i eat!? i do alot of elliptical work and i dont want to throw up :(

I usually have a glass of carnation instant breakfast, a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and 1/2 of a banana or apple!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea kudos for working 3 jobs and still having that motivation!. But yea bananas are really good for after you work out cause your body looses potassium, so bananas help keep fluid retention and fatigue down!. For breakfast Canadian bacon and an egg on and English muffin with cheese or bagel are real quick and easy to throw together, also fruit and cottage cheeseWww@Answer-Health@Com
