Question: How many!.!.!.!?
calories should I eat if I want to gain tons of muscle!. i want to et the right amount of calorie each day to gain muscle to perform right and get the best results!. I know that you are suppose to eat more calories than you burn but how many should I take!. I am a 14 year old male 5'6 and 134 pounds!. How many calories a day should I eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't!. If you are already ripped, I'd say go for it, but I'm guessing you aren't as a 14-yr old!. Here's what you do !.!.!. go in the weight room, do what the instructor tells you, and come your sophomore year, you'll want to then become really into it!. Right now you aren't old enough to be trying that technique!. It doesn't really work!. Take advice from someone who's really been into lifting since before your age!.!.!. It's not about the quick-and-easy ways to gain!. It's all about being consistent!. Getting strong is a very, VERY long process!.

you should lift about 4 times a week, two for upper, two for lower body!.!.!. AND DO THE LOWER BODY STUFF! IT'S MORE IMPORTANT! Your goal should be to lift as hard as possible for about an hour every time you go into the weight room, then take three days to rest that half of your body, then go at it all over again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
