What are some fun easy and effective ways for a 13 year old to lose weight over the summer (exercise and food wise, food plans helpful)!?
I need to lose about 10 more pounds and i will be good to go (already lost 10)!.

The fastest and healthiest way to lose weight is to totally cut out all snacks- fruits only!. Try to limit your pasta and potatoe intake and eat lots of lowfat yogurts and lean meats!.
Try to take walks ( with someone with you of course ) around your neighborhood or bike ride!.
Please don't try to lose weight too fast, it's not healthy!. I'm sure you look fine the way you are, don't lose too much ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and cut off the junk food! Plan some sort of reward system!. Maybe get a new book or something for every day you fulfill your daily requirement of fruits and veggies!.
You should have plenty of opportunities for exercise!. Are you a nature person!? Then go on a hike with the pups!. It's a fun way to exercise!. If you're a good swimmer, that's a great option!. You burn way more calories and it's always fun!.

Join a dance club, like hip hop or ballet!. You do a lot of conditioning (which tones you)!. Ride a bike, swim!. Swimming and running are the best types of cardio to do!.
