from my experience, i'd say 10 to 15 pounds!.!. but if after those 2 weeks if u go back to ur normal diet without limiting the amount of carbs, fats, and sugar, u will gain back every pound u lost!.!.!. so, be smart about ur choices if u wanna take the maximum benefit of it!.!.!.
good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you having oj for dinner!?
this is positive to make you gain weight as you will rebound and then probably binge!. this is not healthy at all!.
you blood sugar levels are going to drop dramatically and you can do real damage to your health, muscles and every other part of your body and mind!. you wont be able to concentrate, work, sleep, your body will kick into starvation mode and you will not burn any fat at all!.
please just eat healthy fruit and veg and loads of water and exercise too and you will lose just the same but not be starving!
good luck and be sensible with your body and health, you only have one shot at it!

Probably about 2-4 pounds and then your body would start shutting down fat burning!. The calorie level is way too low, and there are no carbohydrates!. You will get headaches, and feel sick after a few days, your body will start to burn muscle tissue for energy instead!.

5-6 small meals a day, balanced with protein (the size of a deck of cards) complex carbs (the size of a deck of cards) and one to two cups of veggies will stabilize blood sugar and with a little exercise you could lose 2lbs a week for a couple months and get to 130 or increase a little muscle as well

Eating less GETS YOU NOWHERE except sick!. Plan a good nutrition plan and get out there and walk, or bike or get to a gym or workout at home to a video!. You can do it!

You've got to be kidding! This is an unhealthy diet!. When you don't eat enough calories your body consumes muscle!. This is a problem, since your heart is a muscle!. Eat about 1200 calories a day, exercise, and give yourself more than 2 weeks to lose weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 eggs @ 150kcal each (and loaded with fat - the yolk of an egg contains the same amount of saturated fat as 2 beefburgers)

Grilled chicken - excellent source of protein, very low fat and no carbohydrate - good choice!. 100g chicken breast contains 150kcals!.

Your dinner is, needless to say, completely devoid of much in the way of nutrition - a 250ml glass of not-from-concentrate orange juice contains 150kcals (you've done your homework on the calories, haven't you!.!.!.!?) and 23g-worth of fructose-based carbohydrate!.

So that's 600kcals of (mainly) nutritionally-devoid food!.

Look, I don't want to be seen as a promoter for the Cambridge Diet, but I am rather an evangelist because it's how I lost 17st in 16 months and I've maintained at 8st 7 (119lb) for the past year!.

You would need to do their Sole Source programme as your BMI is 28!. In order to do SS, you must be what they call 25+1; in other words, you must be overweight by a stone or more (and you are - the heaviest you can be for your height is 9st 11)!. I reckon that losing 2!.5st (bringing you down to what I am - 8st 7) would be just about right!. It took me around 7 weeks to lose 35lbs on Sole Source - so, in a fortnight, I lost 10lbs!.

See <>http://www!.cambridge-diet!.co!.uk/newfiles!.!.!. for more info!.

CD does work - I've maintained 8st 7 for over a year now!. It's not that expensive, either (though every Counsellor is a sole trader and, therefore, is free to set their own prices!.) Mine charged me
