It works for me!. When I work out first thing in the morning, I get a weight lifters high!. This carries me for the first few hours of the day in an upbeat manner!. The down side is that at 59 I tend to tire quickly later on in the day when I exercise first thing in the morning!. I try not to let that stop me and compensate by taking a nap when I get home from work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It gets me rolling!. My hubby and I go to the local YMCA four mornings a week about 6 am and then come home for a big bowl of slowcooked steel-cut oatmeal!. Really starts the day off well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
