Question: What's the difference betweent the total carbs, in a product, and the "Net" carbs!?
I recently started eating protein bars to accompany my workout routine, and I want to keep it as low-carb as possible, and the carb control bars I eat say 20g total carbs, but only 4g Net carbs , and I'd like to know the difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
