How would I take whey protein?!


Question: How would I take whey protein!?
Okay, I recently bought a 1200gram jar of GNC whey protein!. I weigh 105lbs!. So basically if I want to gain a lot of muscle I should take about 8 teaspoons because 8 teaspoons equals about 130 grams am I right!? Also, I should take it after I work out!.!.!. but!.!.!. I only work out one or two muscle groups a day!. Is this still fine!? Like one day is chest and abs, the next is biceps only, then the next day is triceps and shoulders, ect ect!. Would I still take the whey protein after I am finished working out!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even if you do just one muscle group you still want to take it!. The protein will help rebuild and strenghten all the other muscles that you worked out from earlier days and plus protein is healthy so its okay taking it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a rough guide, 1 teaspoon = about 5 grams!. Try doing a bit more each day!. You'll have that beach body you seem to be after in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
