Why Am I Always so Hungry????!
Question: Why Am I Always so Hungry!?!?!?!?
Im a 16 year old girl, and underweight!. I will eat something, and usually like 3-4 hrs later, im hungry again!. Like this morning i had cereal, berries and oj for breakfast, and 3 hrs later i was hungry again!. Is this normal!? Sometimes i feel like a pigWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes that is normal, I'm exactly the same as you, I'm also very skinny but I'm hungry the whole time! People call me a hobit because I snack the whole day lol
It's just that some younger women have a quicker digestive system so food leaves quickly from your body and you are hungry again!
Once your 30 this will stop and every small thing you eat will go on your hips and you won't want or need to eat so much anymore
See this as a blessing, you can eat normally without loosing your good figure, you should happy about that and just enjoy it, as it's also said that eating something small every time you are hungry is good for you! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

IF you are really concerned that you are underweight, and are eating enough at a time, then go get your thyroid check and checked for diabetes!. If its nothing, then it might just be that you have a high metabolism and are a growing girl!. Just go to the doctor to make sure, and if everything comes back normal, then just be happy- I have a high metabolism too and when I was your age, I kinda went thru the same thing!. no if you are underweight at your age your metabolism is speeding up so you are constantly hungry!. You dont have to worry about getting being a pig if you are underweight, and that is a really healthy cereal maybe cut some slices of bananas in it!. if you are hungry eat a handful of nuts and berries for a snack between breakfast and lunch!. Then eat some other fruits of any kind if you are hungry before dinner and you wont have to worry about being fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
what you ate wouldn't keep a bird full!. All of it is carbs, and typically, after eating carbs, you feel hungry again shorty after!. Put some meat in your diet, and your body will burn its calories slower!. If you don't want bacon or sausage, try yogurt or soy energy bars!. Both are great sources of protein!. Atkins or south beach make great protein bars!. if you keep eating the way yo do, you will always be underweight, and feel like a pig!.
other than meat and eggs as sources of protein, there are cottage cheese; hard [brick form] cheeses; yogurt; fish, and all kinds of seafood!. SHRIMP is pure protein and has no cholesterol like eggs do!. OH! and soy!. Soy is my favorite, especially the energy bars!. Both yogurt and soy bars are great for someone on the go!. its perfectly normal to be hungry again after a few hours!. try to make sure you have fiber in your diet, it helps you to get full and to stay full longer!. also, it is healthier to eat six smaller meals throughout the day then to eat three big ones and that would help keep the appetite under control!. and eat before you are absolutely so starving that you are going to go crazy on the food if you feel like you are over eating!. if you are underweight also go for some high calorie foods like whole milk, nuts, avocodos, and bananas!. best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are so many reasons why one can feel hungry!. Sometimes when you're thirsty your body mistakes it for being hungry!. Try drinking water in between meals!. It's great for your body!. Plus, three hours later it's likely your body has digested breakfast and is in need for a snack!. Try snacking on healthy foods like fruits/veggies, cheese & crackers enough to hold you over until lunch or the next meal!. Don't worry, you're definitely not a pig if you feel this way - it's totally normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you are not pregnant (dont listen to that)! You are supposed to eat every 3-4 hours that is completely normal especially if you have such a normal breakfast, be happy you have a fast metabolism and always carry snacks!. Veggies, dry cereal and nuts are the best snacks to have on hand as they fill you up and keep you going till your next meal time!. are you urinating alot and are you extremely thirsty your hunger and weight loss could very well indicate juvenile diabetes you need to have your blood sugar checked!.also if you consume a large amount of carbs this also will make you hungry as your body produces more insulin which in turn makes your blood sugar go down which in turn makes you feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're underweight, go ahead and eat when get hungry AND ENJOY IT! Youre fine!. every 3 tio 4 hours isnt bad!. Just dont make them BIG meals, and its actually GOOD to eat more like 5 times a day, instead of 3

Yeah, it is!. Eat slowly and enjoy your food!. At the end say 'I am satisfied' and go do something away from food!. You could try eating more fruits!. They have more nutrition then cereal and therefore your body will be nourished instead of looking for more because it didn't get all its proper nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am exactly the same, however, i feel hungry each hour! You have a high metabolism, thats all!. Do not feel like a pig!. As long as you are not gaining weight (unless you want to) and eating a balanced diet!. it doesnt matter what quantity you eat!. I eat like a horse but you would never tellWww@Answer-Health@Com
from the diet / comestibles you have listed, you may have "worms" in your intestinal tract!. Take a pill to clear them out!. Your appetite will increase!. Only drink freshly squeezed OJ!. At age 16 and female your body is undergoing hormonal changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
