How can I lose 50 pounds over the Summer?!


Question: How can I lose 50 pounds over the Summer!?
I'm 6'1 220 pounds!.
I want to make the varsity team , to row!.
My target is to get under 190 , by the end of this summer!.
Any workouts or diet , that you guys can suggest!?

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Eating several (5-6) small portion meals of everyday healthy food per day, along with exercise, will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time, without dieting or counting calories!.
You will lose an average of 2 lbs per week
(eat about every 2 hours)
Meal suggestions:
piece of fruit
bowl of cereal (high fiber low sugar)
bowl of oatmeal
string cheese, summer sausage
cottage cheese/yogurt (lowfat)
tuna/turkey/ham sandwich (lettuce, tomatoe)
pizza
soup
salad
raw veggies
boiled eggs
popcorn
Always eat a good dinner (small portions)!.!.!.fish/meat (bake, broil, grill) potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie!.!.!.your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy!.!.!.cooking with olive oil is best!.
Low calorie sweets!.!.!.sugarless candy, ginger snap cookies,
fig bars, 100% juice popsicles
Drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses per day)
Drink milk (low fat) or 100% juice/water with every meal
(no soda pop or flavored drinks)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods (no fast-food)
Never eat before going to bed
"Daily" simple and cardio exercise like walking/hiking running, biking, kick boxing, swimming, jumping jacks, aerobics, dancing or playing any games that uses a ball will shed pounds, tone your body and keep it fit!.!.!.I would also suggest daily training on a rowing machine!.
Food is fuel, energy for the body, if you don't exercise to burn the energy, it turns to fat!.!.!.fasting or skipping meals lowers your metabolism and forces the body to hold on to calories/fat, causing headaches, fatigue and weakness!.!.!.weight loss pills damage your organs leading to diabetes, kidney and heart disease, even death!.
Losing weight at a healthy pace and exercising everyday you will feel and look so good!.

Weight watchers has the best plans out there, try it and stick to it and do lots of exercise!!! You can get alot of support online as well!.!.!.weightwatchers!.com has some great message boards and they are free!. But you will need to attend a meeting to get the booklets to know what you are doing!.Or you can join online as well!.!. They have 2 programs the flex plan and the core plan, flex is counting points for everything you eat but you can eat anything, and the core plan is eating low carb choices and doesn't really allow for sweets!. I like the flex plan, but thats just me!. Check it out, it's something you can live with cause it's not restrictive!. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of cardio atleast an hour a day
Only eat when you hungry!.!. when you are hungry grab an apple instead of junk food!.!. you'll find yourself eating a lot less and losing weight relativly quickly!.!. at the end of the summer you could probably detox to lose an extra few poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com
