breakfast- bowl of kashi go lean with 1% milk
lunch- salad no dressing but parmesean cheese
dinner- veggies, lean meat and carb like sweet potato

and remember: DONT push yourself on getting killer abs!.!.
alot of people think they're gonna "appear" in a couple weeks
of training but you have to be consistent!.

yeah its a pretty good diet but i think you should add like protein bar or cereal bar for snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
