im always so happy when im sore!. it hurts like hell but idc i know im getting stronger, you are one step closer to ur goal
and dont do any more for 2 full days
do them every 3 days
like i do it on tuesday and i have to wait 3 days
so then i do it on saturday
ya diggg
oh yeah and doing it every night isnt a good idea
your overtraining
then what you broke down my doing situps will break down more and wont have enough time to build back up making you be/look better and youll end up being worse than before
id go into detail but that would take to longWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, it means you did a good job, it's nothing to worry about!. When you do exercise or an extended amount of physical activity, you're going to feel soreness, as well as have cramps the next day, or next few days depending on the amount of work you did, and your physical level!.

Immediate soreness from physical activity is in the direct result of the release of a chemical called in your body called lactic acid, which makes muscles feel tired!.

Make sure you have some rest, do some stretching, and go at it again with the exercise! Good job!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea it's really true because this summer I've been doing sit-up each night and when i wake up my abs hurt but as you keep progressing you get a nice flat stomach and it won't hurt anymore so if it hurts it means your doing good and it's probably because your not so used to doing them all the time!. Hope I've helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
