What kind of weight excercise whould help??
i am going on holiday in october and i am worried about wearing my swimsuit as i have very large thighs, what kind of weight lifting excercise would help get rid of the fat on the inside of my thighs? i also have the starting of bingo wings (flabby upper arms), what kind of weight lifting excercise would help tone this area?

First of all dont do any weights for these areas as you will build muscle over fat and they will get bigger. Secondly watch your diet, drink alot of water and eat healthy and in moderation. Lastly- cardio, cardio, cardio! It burns calories and will help you lose.Even just a 20 minute jog will do more than u think.
