It is a great workout for abs, it is almost like belly dancing!. Don't know how long would take!. depends on fat to muscle ratio and metabolism!. just do it and see how soar you are the next day, this will show you which muscle groups you are working!. then just base your time off of first work out!. i would recommend at least thirty minutes to burn any amount of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They can definitely help you lose some weight, if you do it a lot!. Also you will get some good muscle tone, but as far as tiny!.!. try a corset!.
