CARDIO!! There is no such thing as spot training!. You can not lose fat in isolated areas!.!.(sorry) Some ppl just naturally carry more fat in certain areas!.!.i!.e!. thighs, hips, butt!.!.!.!.
Although, I highly reccommend weight training!. This will tone up muscles, and make your legs look nice and tight once that layer of fat is gone!. Plus, the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns by just sitting around! SWEEEEET! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats are good for toning up the upper leg!. Do them slowly and you will probaly feel more than if you're doing them quickly!. You can do a hundred squats though and not lose fat off of them!. Your body stores fat wherever your body stores fat!. But working your leg muscles will make them more tone and appear slimmer or it could do the opposite and muscle on top of fat could make them look bigger!. So mix in some cardio too!. As if it wasn't confusing enough, muscle also burns fat even when you're not doing anything!. So your best bet is to do strength training and cardio!. there is no way you can lose weight or slim one body part, doing inner thigh exercises can tone and strengthen the muscle but if you want to lose weight from the inner thigh you have to lose weight from all over your body, i would recommend swimming, it uses all the body and you are less prone to injuries!Www@Answer-Health@Com
do this on empty stomach you burn more calories that way!.
here are the ones i do each morning!.
Hip & Outer Thigh Toners:
Lay on your left side with your legs straight out and toes pointed, so your body forms a straight line!. Next, bend your left elbow and rest your upper body on your left forearm!. Now, strech your right leg straight out in front of your body!. Your left leg remains in its original position!. Lift the right leg up and down slowly in front of you with your toes pointed!. Lift the right leg 15 times!. Complete a total of three repetitions of 15 lifts!. Repeat entire process on the right side lifting the left leg!. (do not lift any higher than 8-10 inches off the floor)
Inner Thigh Toners:
Start out on your left side, in the same position as mentioned in the Hip & Outer Thight Toners section!. BUT, instead of stretching your right leg out in front of your body, cross your right leg over your left leg, placing your right foot flat on the floor!. Your right knee should now be pointing straight up in the air!. Now lift your left leg slowly to the height of your right knee and bring it down!. Lift your left leg slowly, 15 times!. Compleate a total of three repetitions of 15 lifts!. Repeat entire process on the right side lifting your right leg!.
Back of Thigh & Buttock:
WHile on the floor, position yourself on your hands and knees with your back straight!. No arch!. Extend your left leg up to the level of your buttock and slowly lower it down to the floor!. Your leg should remain straight at all times with toes pointed!. Do this to the count of 15!. Compleate a total of three repetitions of 15!. Repeat entire process using the right leg!. (for added benefits, tighten or "squeeze" the muscles in your buttock when your leg is in the raised position!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit with your legs out straight and put an object you can "squeeze" between your feet!. Squeeze your feet together and you will actually feel your inner thigh muscles working!. It's called the "Inner thigh squeeze"Www@Answer-Health@Com
you lie on your left side, legs sort of strait, don't losk your knees!. Put your right foot flat on the floor in front of you, so it's crossed over your other leg, then move the left leg up and down!.

While laying on your side, both legs extended, the top leg slightly extending toward the rear, start raising the lower leg up, as many reps that you can do, lay on other side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I know there is a machine at the gym that works inner thighs, that's the only way I can think of working inner thighs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
okay do a lot of lunges, and running is really good b/c it makes your metabolism faster, which tells your body not to hold as much fat! It takes hard work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
