Should I start gymnastics?!
Question: Should I start gymnastics!?
I'm wondering if I should start gymnastics!. I hate strength training and I really do love gymnastics!. I love all the flips and stuff!. The thing is I'm a guy, nothing wrong with that, and there is no really good places for me to do it where I live!. I can always teach myself, but I'm 15, 6'2", and weigh around 155 and also somewhat flexible!. Is that 'gymnastics' material!? Thanks and also, if I should start, is there websites that will help me do it independently!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sure its gymnastics material, but gymnastics will destroy you strength training wise, it's just a mental thing if you are willing to go through it then go for it! its an incredible sport, I used to compete for Cal berkeley's gymnastics team, incredible, I would look for a gym near you that offers gymnastics, training independently isnt really very smart if you havent already trained in gymnastics for a whileWww@Answer-Health@Com
You really should not do it independently!. Gymnastics is a very dangerous sport and if you want to do all of those "flips and stuff" then you should go to a professional gymnastics place!. You need to be safe and spotted while doing gymnastics, or else you are really risking your body and maybe life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think you should!. I wish I was more flexible!. I took gymnastics for a couple years but had to quit!. My sister and I though made our own balance beam and used grass for a mat!. Start stretching and perfecting the easy stuff!. If you want to to anything major have someone spot you!. You can do it! I believe in you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
