im skinny but got a 26 inches waist

It's just the way your body is!. Perhaps you are much smaller in other areas!. I'm 5ft2 and my waist is 26 inches yet I weigh 125lb, but I also have a 38 inch butt!.!.!.!.the weight has to come from somewhere lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Before you torture yourself have a think about this!.!.!.
At 5'2" there isn't much room between where your ribs end and where you hips are - I'm your height and my ribs and hips practically touch! There isn't much room for a waist to "some in" so you can be very thin but not have a tiny waist!.!.!.a little more "boyish" in shape but definitely not fat!! I'm 110lbs and my waist is 27 inches!. I have tiny hips and chest!.!.!.and this chunky waist!. It was 27 inches when I was 100lbs!.
Just keep active, fit and healthy and don't obsess over what the numbers "should" be - you are very skinny but maybe you can't have a 24 inch waist and there is NOTHING wrong with that!. I bet you're gorgeous!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink a lot of water, i suspect that its only water retention, especially if you eat salty foods, if your tummy pops out a bit its probably just because of the water, its because your body has this "survival mechanism" so it retains the water if you dont drink a lot just in case you dont consume enough water, but if you drink a lot of water then it will release it, and you wont have a tummy problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
