It's true, the best way is to eat healthy and exercise!. I also struggle with the battle to lose about 70 pounds!. There really isn't a 'quick' way to drop that much weight!.
Weight watchers works for some people!. I just started it and I know alot of people who it has worked for!. I know someone who lost more than 20 pounds in 3 months!. Along with doing weight watchers they exercised 3 times a week!.

eat Spiru-Tein for breakfast (http://www!.spiru-tein!.com/20flavors!.asp!. its available at health food stores) it has no fat and its really good for you!.
eat 1 sandwich for lunch (ham or turkey or tuna)
eat 1 piece of fruit or 1 V8 for a snack around 3:00pm
eat 1/2 cup fat free refried beans for dinner
all this stuff is really healthy and low/no fat!.
