Question: TEN POINTS!!!!!!!! I will pick a best answer!.!.!.!.Weight!?
I want to get toned before I go back to school next year!. Can you recommend daily exercises I should do in order to achieve those results!?
Just in case you need it:
I weight 105 pounds
5 2
I have some muscle (I used to be on a competitive swim team)
My hips are a size 27 (i think)
Or a size 3/5
I wear MED!. shirts
I am 15 years old!.
So I am not overweight, but I am not super skinny either!.!.!.
I guess I am just "average"
My main goal is to tone my abs and thighs!.!.!.

You sound in great shape!!! Very slim!. Running is amazingly good at toning your body - if you can run then get out and do it! If you can't run then walk - and maybe jog a bit in between bursts of walking!. Lunges and squats are great for building muscle!. You can also do crab walking with resistance bands: http://www!.workoutz!.com/exercise/crab_wa!.!.!. Push ups, tricep dips, light hand weights etc will help you tone your upper body!.

You should do your cardio 4-5 times a week!. 3 is OK if that's what you can manage!. Do the toning stuff 2-3 times a week!. Stick to healthy eating - but don't try to lose any weight!. Your shape will change with the exercising but you definitely don't need to lose weight!.

Swimming three times a week for about 45 minutes is the best way to tone up overall with minimal stress on your joints!. Or try an exercise ball for core stability and abdominal strength - you can use it in your own home, which is more convenient, but requires more willpower!

sit-ups , and squats would do the trick ; i also recomend the hover and pushups , which will work ur upper body and abdominals !.
yoga is totally fantastic for toning and strength - i am going to do raq sharki again soon - its reaaly important if you can find something which YOU like and stick to it !.
i hope u incorporate some nuts and seeds in ur diet , as well as plenty of fresh unproccessed foods !. being vegan is a great lifestyle choice , but you lose MUCH more than protein when you cut out meat , milk and eggs !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should ask a trainer at a gym to help give you a plan!. When I wanted to get toned I just went into my local gym and asked if I could give them like 20 bucks to give me an at home training plan and they agreed!. You should do squats off your bed and try getting a gym ball!. Look at this site!.!.!.it can help!.

Just cut those junky foods, maintain eating healthy foods, exercise daily like cycling, jogging, weights, sit-ups!. That's very effective, you can only do that if you have the urge of being skinny!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I was your age, I'd ride my bike for miles & miles every morning at dawn!.!.!.the fun part was catching deer and bunnies in action!. And it being so early, hardly any cars to deal with!. Safer!. Good luck and whatever it is, make it fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
