Question: What exercises should i do!?(pics included)!?
i recently started going to the gym and workin out and stuff so im kinda new at this but ive already lost 25 pounds!.!.!.!.!.wat are some exercises i can do to tone up my arms and get my curves back!?!?!?

No one ever accidentally got their muscles too big!. Once you get to where you want, you can change over to a maintenance routine to keep it like that!.

When you work your arms, don't just work your bicep!. Work the triceps also!. It makes up 2/3 of your upper arm, so is very important for nice looking arms!. And for your "curve", ab exercises will work great!. Don't forget to work the rest of your body, though!. You don't want to have great looking arms and abs, but have a flabby behind, do you!?

And the most important thing you need to do is watch your diet!. Not just portions, but what it consists of!. Eat healthy!. Get lots of protein and good carbs!. Cut back on saturated fats, and try to eliminate trans fats from your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to tone ur arms!.!.!.!. i would suggest getting some sort of resistance training system!. a lot of sport stores sell elastic band type things!. this helps shape ur arms, because the resistance burns the fat away and tones and defines!. as for curves i would suggest walking, and posssibly doing sit-ups, and this one excercise called a bridge!. Basically all u have to do is get into push-up position and instead of going up and down you keep ur arms at a ninety degree angle and that will work ur abs and ur arms!. but keep up the good work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Where did the curves go!? You look in shape to me!.!. But I would suggest to buy, Billy Blanks, Taebo work outs!. I use to do them, and my sister does them and it works great!.!.!.!. Its not very expensive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to use light weights and do more reps to tone and get cuts, example if your using 20 pounds for curls use 10 and do 7 sets of 25to30 repsWww@Answer-Health@Com
