I have been in a different country for a year and have gained some weight!. I go back home in three weeks and want to be back in better shape!. any ideas on diets or excercise plans!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to do it the unhealthy way, do what's been advised so far!.
If you want to lose weight properly (so it stays off), you need to work out 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week (15 minutes of resistance training followed by 15 minutes of intervals)!.
Also, you need to eat 5 to 6 times a day!. To work out how many calories you should be eating, visit my profile to find my website details!. In there you can check your Basal Metabolic Rate!. That will help you to work it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
