oohhhh latina!.!.!.!.!.!.

anyways you can burn of the fat by doing cardio (running, jumping, jogging, swimming, etc!.)

and to tone it up for sexy abs, do about 10 crunches and 10 leg raises a day (unless you can only do less or you're able to do more!.)

i suggest doing cardio for atleast 15 mins 5 times a week
(DO NOT over exercise or try to diet or starve) very unhealthy

all you need to do is change what you eat!. more fruits, meat, eggs!. dont cut down on carbs (bread, pasta, rice) if you eat a lot, excercise more

then do about 10 crunches and 10 leg raises for the first week and gradually increase weekly!.

That part of your abs is the easiest to tone!. Doing crunches is the best, but make sure not to come up yo far and exhale when you lift, also it is very important to try to keep your navel pressed down, in other words keep your back firmly on the floor and really focus on the muscles your working!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercises will tone the muscle, but if extra weight is really the problem you will need to lose a little weight also!. exercise alone (without a calorie deficit ie!.!.losing a little weight) will probably make the area grow even largerWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can do an ab workout, just search that in youtube and you can easily loose it! (I do it, it's a bit hard but it works!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
