Question: I NEED HELP! How to loose weight fast!.!?
Im going away wednesday and wanna loose a bit of weight before I go and Im usless so me being me!.!.!.leaving it to the last minute!. Any Ideas!? XWww@Answer-Health@Com

trying to loose weight fast is never a good idea!! if you want to loose weight then the best plan is to look at what your eating!. then if its healthy you might want to regulate (as is give yourself smaller portions) what you eat!. if its unhealthy you can do simple things like instead of having chips with your chicken have a nice salad with tomatos and carrots what ever you like!.
also along with the healthy eating try and fit in at least an hours exercise at least!!! this could include a jog or a bike ride, swimming anything you like really anyway choose something fun and hopefuly you'll enjoy yourself :D

if you wanna do it the healthy way you could lose 2-3 pounds !.!. eat healthily, around 1200 cals a day, make sure you cut out all fatty stuff and eat plenty of fruit n veg!. exercise at least 30 mins a day!.

or if you wanna do it the unhealthy way like me and lose about 1 pound a day, then eat 400 calories a day and do some exercise!.!. i definetely would not advise it tho it's a bad trap to get into, but it works!. (once you start eating normally again you will gain most of the weight tho!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I've a large garden that wants digging my dog would really like a few long walks and when you have cooked your dinner I will come round to eat it, especially if it's steak and chips with plenty of mushrooms and I promise to give you a running commentary on the taste as I eat it for you, but to be serious just eat less take a little more exercise or go to a steam room, the steam room will take off the weight really quicklyWww@Answer-Health@Com

get started on a low carb diet!.knock off the potato rice and pasta and eat plenty of fruit and veg lean meat and fish,no more than 2 slices of bread a day!.skimmed milk and low fat yoghurts no fats like butter or oil,you should lose at least 7lb in a week good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
