What is the best way to lose weight when you have A LOT to lose?!


Question: What is the best way to lose weight when you have A LOT to lose!?
I am 24, 6 ft tall and weigh 258 pounds!. I have been doing Watchers and have already lost about 20!.5 pounds!. I was wondering if I should give up any foods to help me lose the weight and also I need workout advice!. I don't have a lot of time because I have a 2 year old, but I can fit in 30 minutes on my lunch break at work!. I can either drive to the gym, or there is a high school with a track across the street!. I need someone who can write me out some sort of plan to stick to!. My goal is to lose at least 2 pounds a week and my ultimat weight goal is between 160-180 pounds!.!.!.Help!! = )Www@Answer-Health@Com

awesome! just keep doing the weight watchers workout!. just run at the high school track across the street
you do have to eat too!. don't completely cut out food!. eat lunch at your lunch break
try to stick to eating foods that are fresh and natural!. avoid frozen, greasy, preservative-filled stuff!.

2 lbs a week is possible, but some weeks you might only lose 1!. don't get discouraged

first off, diets do not work!. When you decide that you are done with your "diet" you just gain all the weight right back!. You need to stay away from bad foods with too much fat and oil!. Instead of having 3 meals a day, have 6 small snacks a day, but health foods!. I am currently trying to lose weight and this advice has been working great!. Try and set goals for yourself!. if u stick to these plans and switch between them every 2 or 3 weeks, i would say, u could lose 60 to 70 pounds in 5 months!.!.!. it's from my presonal experience!.!.!.

First option: low carb diet!. (Atkins diet or so)

Second option: 7 DAY DIET PLAN, (GM DIET):
1st day: fruits except bananas
2nd day: vegetables
3rd day: fruits and vegetables
4rth day: 6-8 Bananas and skimmed Milk
5fth day: Beef (300 gm) and 6 Tomatoes (limited quantities)
6th day: Beef and Vegetables (unlimited quantity)
7nth day: Brown Rice( 1 cup), fruit juices, and vegetables!
after 7 days u will lose 10-17 pounds!. u can repeat it 2 or 3 times with taking 1 day rest after each 7 days!.

third option: 3-day diet:

fourth option: soup diet: (almost the same as GM diet):

DON'T FORGET: drink at least 8 cups of water daily, and exercise!. ( i use Tonny Little Gazelle, i do 30 to 45 mintues a day!.!. i LOVE this machine)

PLUS: take multivitamin tablets "daily " while trying to lose weight, it insures that u get ur minimum daily needs from vitamins and minerals
