I have changed my diet just slightly and I've lost about 4 lbs!. doing Zumba and weight training!. I've been going to Zumba at least 3 times a week for the past six weeks!.

I am a breastfeeding mom, so I will be joining weight watchers once I'm finished!. I hope to lose 40 lbs!., maybe even 50!
I know I will see wonderful results because I'm working really hard!.

Do you know Zumba can burn anywhere from 600-800 calories in one hour!? That's like one whole meal for me and a third of my daily intake!
It is way more fun than getting on a machine, plus group fitness helps you work harder and stay involved!.
I was intimidated at first because I hadn't danced in a couple years, but the moves are easy and the atmosphere is fun!.
I enjoy my class because it's all ages, everyone is friendly, and there's a lot of other stay at home moms there, just like me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I currently take zumba youll learn how to dance anything and besides you look great because you lose weight and it is just a matter of tonificazin so you can look greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Zumba kicks butt!! If you do the moves correctly you will for sure loose weight! I have seen people loose up to 80 lbs from Zumba!. It can be hard at first but have fun and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
