I've been there and am seeing results after 3 weeks!. I do either 30 minutes of exercise, 3 times a week or 15 minutes of exercise, 6 days a week!. why do u mention getting up at 4 am in the morining!.!. !? lol if u want a flatter stomach cut your carbs in half!.!. eat more protein, do more cardio!.!.!. u will see results!.!.!. and work out the abs for 5 - 10 mins everyother day!.!.
